Went to collect my prescription medicine and they checked couldn't find it yet called my doctors and asked if they sent the prescription they said they did.my done and my wife's they found my wife's one not mine been up several time they are closed

I went in here to find a birthday present for my niece and as I was looking at the gift sets, the security guard kept walking passed about 3 times and then stood at the opposite end off the isle pretending to look at things, I then made my way down to the hair product isle and as I was looking there he was again but this time he was watching me so I started making my way around the shop to have a look around and get some shopping and every isle I went down he was either walking passed 3 times or stood in the isle where I was I felt very uncomfortable and ashamed as i was not the only person in the shop there was a lot more people and he was only following me out off everyone. I think boots need to sort out there security as it’s a very bad experience getting followed by a security guard all the way around the shop as soon as you walk through the door up until you leave the shop and this is not the first time he’s done this to me he’s done it 3 times before I also went over to the lady on till and asked what his problem was she replied ‘ I can’t tell him who to follow and what to do that’s up to him ‘
