Cavendish Park is an wonderful environment to live and work. Every member of staff is dedicated to providing outstanding, person centred care to each individual. I feel honoured to be able to work in the home of these amazing people and provide a service to them and their families. I have been welcomed into the family at Cavendish in such a lovely way. I’ve never experienced this before in a place of work.

Cavendish Park is a fantastic community in which to live and work. Beautiful surroundings, 5 star care, every department works to the highest standards possible, going above and beyond. Our Home Manager is inspirational in the way he leads. The entire Cavendish family get involved in recruitment, so our residents and their relatives have their say. It is their home, so they get to choose who has the privilege to work in it!

From the moment you walk through the door you get a feeling of one big family with the care in place second to none. They deliver extensive training in all areas so all of its residents are in the most capable caring hands.

Absolutely outstanding home promoting and providing 5 star person centered care. Majesticare are a family orientated company that provide care and support for not just their residents but relatives and staff. nothing is too much. Cavendish Park care is a lovely place to work where as a nurse I can provide the care I want to professionally and the care our residents deserve. A home where our residents are are family.

I visited Cavendish Park x2 in a week, firstly the newly built home is magnificent, the staff team are very friendly and welcoming, Clean, spacious, fantastic atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door Management team are the best, they really do try to accommodate your every need and nothing is too much trouble, Residents appeared happy and relaxed just how their home should be,

I have been working at Cavendish park since opening , I have worked in a care environment for over 20 years and I have never experienced a home that has such highly supporting management with outstanding values , the care and the enviroment to which the residents live is superb , I would recommend this home to any of my family members and friends to both work and live . It's an alrounder for me which is VERY hard to find .
