very poor experience. In our experience the tradesmen cotswold oak use are sub standard. We had poorly finished heating, electrical, plumbing. We have been waiting nearly 2 years for a snagging list to be completed. Communication from Cotswold Oak is very poor. Sad, because the home is lovely. But cotswold oak appear to care very little once they have handed over the keys.
