Excellent service. Kerry was friendly & helpful to speak to on the phone and Rich was a pleasure to deal with, a genuine bloke who obviously takes pride in his company & looks after his customers. We hired a low loader for a house move but on the day of the move we soon became aware that we needed another van. Another call to Kerry who quickly arranged a Luton van for us to collect at short notice. All provided with ramps, sack truck & removal blankets at no extra cost. During stressful times like moving house you need services & people you can rely on and Cotswold Vehicle Hire certainly stepped up to the mark. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks people, keep up the great work.
Absolutely top quality service. Rich is a pleasure to hire from. Vans are always exceptionally clean, mechanically sound and fantastic prices. I've used cotswold vehicle hire for many reasons and he always delivers an excellent service when booking in. I even travel from afar now just to use the vans. Highly recommend!
We used this company to move house. Richard is an absolute \diamond\. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with simplicity and ease. Richard, himself is one of the nicest, most decent chaps you could wish to meet. His price for hire and time is excellent. We could not have been more happy or satisfied.
Excellent service at good prices! I wanted a van just for a Saturday and everywhere else only offered a minimum two-day hire so that was a good start and also Rich added an extra driver for no additional cost (at least 10 GBP per person per day elsewhere!) Additionally, the vehicle was ready and waiting at the agreed collection time so minimum hassle. Would recommend without hesitation.
