Great for buying coal for domestic log burners

My wife went in with my two girls to buy a hat for horse riding for my eldest, the lady who served them in the equestrian department was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. Could do with some serious lessons in customer service. My wife has said she will never go back. Missed sale and future sales.
