Was very pleased with the whole shopping experience at Currys yesterday. Social distance is in place, limited amount of people allowed in at all times. Fantastic service from an extremely helpful young female assistant who made my transactions easy and quick.

We ordered a large appliance online. We never received any email confirmation or any sort of contact, although the payment went through and we have an order number. We went in to Curry's to ask when this would be delivered? We were told by Anthony, in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later we go back in the store as the appliance never was delivered and still no contact. We speak to Luke, who cannot find our order number or anything to do with us, or our address... Luke fills in a form with all our information, the order number, product number to chase the order and call us to let us know where our order is?? And guess what? Another week passed with ZERO contact from Curry's. We have cancelled our charge through the bank and will never order from Curry's again. I suggest if it is not in the store on the day you need the item, shop elsewhere!

Wanted help regarding WiFi extender...an excellent chap gave me very comprehensive and concise product info, and what it can and can't do. I went away to discuss with the family and will be going back to purchase...I will seek out this chap to help me once again. Store was clean, well spaced out and had a good vibe.
