My previous review was removed from here... I was sold a faulty car and experienced a major problem the day after I bought it. Had no end of trouble getting my money back - had to involve my bank in the end. It turned out the car was then sold onto someone else a month or so later who also experienced the same problem with the car. The Evesham branch staff were great and very friendly but management didn’t want to know, resolve or even apologise and extremely rude.
