They need more staff, that is for certain. The staff that they DO have try their best at very busy periods....which seems a constant just lately. It's also the end of year Christmas and new Year period so completely understandable that there are queues.....but my message to whoever is running the show is..... GET SOME MORE STAFF!! Please.

I wasn’t listened to and was severely overcharged. I asked for a refund but was blatantly ignored by both members of staff on shift, so left without wanting to make a scene as there was a queue. Won’t be using them again. The staff at our local post office are much more approachable.

I was out walking and hurt my back, a postman first name Kyle stopped and asked I was ok, offered to call an ambulance, not necessary, but he went to my neighbours but she wasn't in so he rang his mother to give me a lift home. The help I had was superb, over and above what I would expect I cannot thank him and his mother enough.

Only been in a few times to post anything, usually busy post office with a bit of a queue, but nothing unreasonable for a town post office. The collection office is amazing, though. Been there to collect parcels a number of time and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
