A fantastic experience! I couldn't recommend enough. The staff were friendly, honest & sincere. Full history of the car was provided & sales staff were attentive without pressuring. Full transparency & clearly an ethical seller. I took the car for a full check about 2 months after purchase and everything was confirmed by the garage in good working order. Fair prices too!

Waste of a 400 mile round Journey. Car was faulty on arrival, with various faults on the dashboard. The place also looks like a scrapyard. AVOID this place and don't waste your time and money in fuel travelling here. Also... The warranty they provide is with a third company and you have to pay an eccess of 50 per claim. They only clean the cars, they do not touch them mechanically.

Excellent service, genuinely good people, bought a Honda Civic couple of weeks back. The same car would have been slightly less pricey if bought private but I'm happy the car comes with loads of expensive repair receipts and drives fantastic although there are few minor issues such as the AC not working, clutch making squeaky noise etc. Called them today in regards to the squeaky sound on the clutch and they advised a DW40 spray should do the job. Saved me from going to the garage thank you.

Purchased a white BMW from this trader. My first visit was lovely, he and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. I decided to buy the car, and collected it after a week. After driving the car for four days the engine light came on and I contacted my breakdown company. They came and it showed seven faults on the diagnostics. I contacted Friends Autos, and was advised to just turn off the light which I wasn’t happy to do. I was then called a liar after saying I’d like to return the car as it was sold to me faulty. I had to pay recovery costs to return the faulty vehicle as I was advised it was unsafe to drive. When I got to the garage, he had his friend with him who I can only assume was there to intimidate me. I got a full refund (minus recovery costs) after contacting citizens advice, and a lot of arguing. In response to your reply, I would not ‘half-heartedly’ purchase a car and pay over 5000. I called my breakdown company as I was travelling with my baby when the car broke down and would not drive. I also sent you over the diagnostic report and picture of the actual diagnostic machine, so I am unsure why you are saying that I haven’t. I also posted out the logbook at your request, I am unsure why you haven’t received this. As you said I had a test drive and visually inspected the car, i am not a mechanic and would have no idea what to even look for. I trusted you to provide me with a reliable car, and you did not do that. Whilst chatting in the office prior to collecting the car you told us how harmful Covid-19 had been for your business, and that you had only one worker who was on your forecourt at the time. This was not the man who was with you when I returned the car - so you either lied then, or I this review. I am not trying to sabotage your business, I am just trying to provide a fair review so others may be weary to purchase from you in the future.

A brilliant experience from start to finish, felt at ease with the owner who was very friendly and with no sales pressure, arranged a test drive and on return purchased the vehicle and was on my way within the hour, a fantastic company to deal with and have nothing but praise for them, we will be back
