They are kind and caring, they go above and beyond to give the highest standard of care, absolutely the most hygienic practice I have ever visited! Absolutely spotless and completely clear that the cross contamination levels are at the highest level possible. Thank you so much for the most comfortable, friendly and painless service, my family and I are so lucky to have found you! I had a appointment at 3pm never late for appointments!! I arrive at 2.50pm 10 MINUTES prior where i am told to wait out side. as i am early and there running late. 3.10 comes. 20 minutes later still no appointment. bearing in mind one of there fillings 6 months ago fell out and they have failed to see me or fix the work they have done. and the practitioner who done the work jacked her job. So i have been left in pain and suffering for six months and then made to wait 20 minutes. i could not wait much longer as i had to pick my daughter up from school, I had no mobile phone at the time. I phoned the surgery to inform them i could not wait any longer to which i got the sharp reply that it will go down as a missed appointment. i said it was not missed. you were running late!!!!! I sent a email stating i was not late and my time is as important as theres if not more so as i get paid less. I also stated that i would leave a bad review for there unproffessional handling of a patient been left for so long. then i get a email saying quite briefly that your no longer welcome at our surgery. 6 months waiting for shoddy work. A shoddy service. and having to have 2 check ups before they would carry out any dentistry .. Another 20 minute call today and still no result . formal complaints going in to authorities for work not been completed under guarantee .

Very grateful to them, however for some reason they suddenly Kicked both my Wife and myself off their Books leaving me no further forward than when I started using this Practice. So all through this Pandemic I have been left with no Dentist and in absolute Agony.
