We couldn't be happier with our house sale through Johnsons Property. The quality of the online listing was far better than any other agent in the local area, with high quality pictures and a 3D tour included. The printed brochure was also high quality and got several positive comments from friends and family. Ultimately it comes down to how well the house sold though and for us this was done within 3 weeks with excellent communication from start to completion. I'd highly recommend Johnsons Property for anyone looking to sell their home.

I had a rental property which Johnson’s managed for me over several years, l then decided to sell the property which l also used Johnson’s as the selling agents. I would like to share my experience with Johnson's. Me and my family we didn't received a good/equal service from Johnsons. From the start an agreement had points that are treated by government as a bad practice. Apartment that we moved in was not cleaned to the high standard but we were told that it was cleaned professionally. There was mold in each of the windows masked with silicone. Silicone was used everywhere to fix things as their contractor was using it as his tool. Nothing was done properly in the house as even curtains poole was not secured properly. There was light bulbs missing and in general, if not the new cooker, we could say that house was dirty. Walls were dirt, painted with really cheap paint and with silicone entrapped below the paint that start to come out with time. Toiled and bath were leaking after a wails as it was not done properly. Water was dropping to the one of the cupboards in the kitchen. I have amended this opinion because at the end we have found an agreement. I understand that agency need to secure interest of their client but please don't forget that landlord as well as person who rent the property are your clients. Agency was reacting the right way when an issue was raised Agency changed their contractor when he was causing more issues then helping. If I would renting the property in Evesham I would again use your services. Who knows maybe some day I will come back to this area.
