It would be helpful if Lloyds Bank Evesham could readily display details of its DISABLED ACCESS on its Google listing. As it stands, gaining prior info of disabled access to this branch is not easily found and needs to be rectified to avoid further issue by customers trying to safely and smoothly help wheelchair users access this branch. Upon arriving outside the branch, I was given directions to access the branch from its rear entrance - had these been easily accessed listed online it would have saved considerable time and effort trying to navigate to this other entrance point.

Just been refurbished, its huge. They clearly charge their customers too much money. In all seriousness though the staff in their are very friendly and on brand with Lloyds. I guess the main thing you need to know is there are cash points.

Never enough tills open & most staff seem to be employed to hang around with ipads - saying do it online. Terrible customer service

Always find we are waiting quite a while which can be due to staff chatting or only having one desk open! Theyve got 3-4 desks to use on the right hand side as you walk in but they only use one or if youre lucky 2 at a time. I have found myself waiting for almost half an hour to be seen. What a joke!

if i could give minus stars i would, i am very disappointed with the service i got and the bank in general, i have been attempting to open an account or change my other half's to a joint account for over a year now, they have been rude, unhelpful and just plain disappointing. i will be using a different bank and my oh will be moving. i suggest if you want a bank with any kind of decent customer service you do not use Lloyds and if you do and there is somekind of problem with something do not expect any help from their staff. totally unhappy with them.
