We had a very hard decision to make and were supported by all the staff there. They looked after us and our very poorly cat with care and compassion right until the very end. We have always taken our pets there over many years and have always had exceptional service. Thank you all and keep up the good work.

Goto the window and let them know you have arrived. Vet will come outside and call your pet in. You remain outside. Pay through window either by card or with correct money as they don't give change. Ring up in advance to book your appointment. No walk ins anymore.
