Having recently had our cottage completely re-thatched by Robin and David Barnard we have been very pleased with every aspect of the work and are delighted with the result. We've had various repairs and a ridge over the last 20 years but, as we were having the entire roof replaced, we wanted to ensure we had found the best Master thatchers and were not disappointed. We'd seen Robin and Dave's work in Malvern Wells and received an excellent review from the owners and also seen thatching they had carried out on other properties in Worcestershire. Robin and Dave are professional, have a great eye for detail and are very reliable. They are also amiable and in fact it would be difficult to find two nicer chaps to have around. We and our neighbours enjoyed the whole thatching experience and one of the passers by, who had also been admiring Robin and Dave's work, thought it warranted a photograph which was sent to BBC Midlands Today to be featured on the weather forecast.
