ordered a bathroom mirror delivered on time and was well protected with the packaging. Mirror looks good and was as described haven't fixed it yet but looks like a simple job. Can highly recommend plumbworld and will use again.

In June 2017 I bought two chrome circular LED bathroom mirrors. Since then rust patches have broken out over all parts. Chrome should have a life of at least 10 years to be fit for purpose, so I complained, asking for a refund. They refused, citing the 1 year guarantee.
Excellent quality products, that arrived on the time the company stated. Happy customer, would use them again.
Great service and prices, however I like to gauge feedback through reviews of products. This is where i have an issue with Plumbworld. I placed two honest reviews on a recent purchases. The 5 star is up for all to see, the 1 star review nowhere to be seen. What use are reviews when they filter the 'bad' ones? Sorry but this is misleading at best, dishonest at worst. I don't shop with those i don't trust. Treat customers like they are stupid and they'll soon take their business elsewhere.
Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to wait months for delivery. Ordered item 7th Feb was told it was available and est. delivery following week. Emailed as item hadn't arrive and no comms, to be told they expect delivery mid April! Who knows if it will arrive. Avoid.
