Practical Roofing have recently taken a major overhaul of both my cottage roof and a poorly installed slate roof on a conservatory. The team where excellent and nothing was too much bother. As issues arose they discussed the options and possible solutions. A great team of guys who were clearly well trained and know their trade and even better when the job was complete they spend real time clearing up and making sure we were happy with the work they had done. From first contact with Practical Roofing to completion it had been a job well done by a team who care.

We live in a 3 storey property with very awkward acces to our chimneys. I contacted Practical Roofing who were absolutely fantastic. They carried out the necessary maintenance in a quick, friendly and professional manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I wanted work done on my roof but I wanted it done properly and Professionally, I searched Google, spoke to Worcestershire County Council, my neighbours etc. top of my list by recommendation was Practical Roofing. I contacted them, they came, gave a very competitive quote which I accepted, they did the work to a very Professional standard, they were courteous and they cleaned up the little mess they made. I will recommend Practical Roofing to anyone who wants a professional job & a competitive price.
We lost a few tiles and some lead flashing was dislodged in the recent storm, a good test for a roof less than a year old, so contacted Practical Roofing as they are local. I was quoted their minimum of 200 plus VAT for the job and sure enough they turned up and did the work using tiles I supplied. Unfortunately the bill was 30 VAT more than the quote, I am now told that they made an improvement to the leadwork. Now I'm not a roofer and maybe it is better but I think I should have been told the price was going up.
