Had a great experience with this shop and found a lovely dress and tiara.
Jayne was so good, her eye for matching accessories was brilliant. Once I'd chosen the dress she rushed around the shop and chose a veil, headband, bolero and belt that all matched the dress perfectly, especially considering it was an usual colour (champagne). I'd been to one other bridal shop and they didn't show as much enthusiasm and eye for detail as Jayne did. Her seamstress Adele (Belle's Alterations) was equally fantastic. I would definitely recommend you book an appointment at Pre-loved Bridal.

What a little gem of a place. After deciding on bridal shops to visit to start looking for my wedding dress I decide this might be a good option as it is local and appeared to have a good choice of dresses at varying prices. However, I was not holding any expectations as at first I thought it might be a bit early on to actually find \the dress\, and I wasn't 100% sure about buying a sample dress. It was the second shop I visited and I went with my soon-to-be sister-in-law (also looking for her wedding dress) and my mum. I was so pleasantly surprised at what was on offer and Jayne's friendly and professional approach made us all feel so welcome. Nothing was too much to ask, even having a double appointment...which also overran. Jayne spent time getting to know us both individually and sussing out our likes and dislikes and what styles and features suited us. She carefully selected dresses for each of us to try on and was so honest in her opinion. We were both so happy after our first appointment that we decided to go back the following week and retry our favourite dresses. Once again, Jayne surpassed our expectations with her knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. She was extremely patient and really made us both feel so special. It was an easy decision to buy our dresses from Jayne's boutique. I couldn't recommend her highly enough and would really suggest making an appointment to have a try on! There is such a beautiful range of dresses and accessories to try, you really won't be disappointed. We're both really looking forward to going back for our fittings next year! Thank you Jayne! X
