The guys on site when I first arrived were very friendly and welcoming. They helped me unload my scrap metal from the rear of the car and were very helpful and polite. The office were efficient and methodical, if a little cold but did what was necessary with the minimum of fuss and waiting time. I'll be using them again.

Staff are very helpful and friendly
Never used R and C before as I didn't know how local they were. Had some lead weights from a renovation job. Staff were friendly and helpful. They asked how I came about the material which was reassuring as there is a lot of led theft from properties locally. The only thing I would say is I wasnt told how much I would get per kilo I was just handed a cheque. it was around 86p per kilo and usually expect around 1 but at least I'll know for next time.
Rob is a top chap down to earth recommended to anyone
