In a word - terrible. Off the back of what looks like a lovely website we booked a few days away at a premium price for the in-laws to celebrate their ruby wedding anniversary. What a mistake! They arrived to dirt and mess and no service whatsoever. Having rung the bell to let the staff know they were there, no one arrived so they took a peak around - the rooms were dirty, the grounds were uncared for, the menus were not what was advertised on the website and the whole place stank of stale beer and oil. My parents-in-law went home - and rang to let the hotel know they wouldn't be staying there only to be insulted over the phone. Avoid at all costs.
