Steve and his team repaired our Hawksley House. We researched a number of companies and we are very pleased that we chose Steve. From our initial contact Steve always responded to queries quickly. He met with us several times to talk us through the process so we felt reassured and confident in the project. Throughout the 3 month repair Steve and his team worked efficiently, were always polite and professional. Where we were unsure of decisions of things Steve took the time to discuss things through. They were always obliging to do extra 'jobs' for us. They completed work to the agreed timescales and we are very pleased with our 'new' house. The finished build is exactly what we had envisioned - we would highly recommend SC Construction and Build Ltd.

I can not express enough how grateful I am to Steve and all his team. I had my wates home rebuilt and brought up to current regs and what a massive difference it has made. I chose to stay living in my property whilst the works were carried out. Nothing was too much bother for Steve and the team, each day the site was left packed away and tidy. The work ethics of steves company was of the highest standard and boy do these guys work ! It has been a pleasure getting to know such hard working, proffrssional people and I am so impressed with the result. My home looks amazing. Thank you Steve and all the guys. The only downside to my home being finished is we as a family actually miss all the guys and the laughs we had along the way.

Steve and his team completed the work to our airey house with outstanding results. From the start of the build he was organised and efficient and a genuinely nice bloke to go with it . There are not many companies that specialise in PRC thermal upgrade repairs on Airey houses but having seen Steve’s previous repair on a similar house I decided to use his company. I cannot fault him or his boys, they were quick, Profesional, and above all the work was to an extremely high standard and no problem was to big.
