I used to enjoy eating at a Hungry Horse but haven't done so for a few years now. Sadly the menu and quality has gone down hill. The place is nice enough for a get together and it is cheap, but do not expect quality food.

Kept us waiting at the bar 10 minutes to be told the barmaid wanted to go to loo. So waited for her to come back and still didn't get served so left with out drinks would not go there again buy the way we are pensioners of 72 had been driving for 8 hours really need a drink and food
Had breakfast and coffee which wasn't bad value for money. Service was very good and staff were very attentive.
The food was uncooked, chicken fillet still red inside and freshly baked pizza wasn't fresh. That all from me. I can't recommend it
Great atmosphere with friendly staff. We alyays enjoy our visits here.
All bar the fries with the Spicy chicken pizza sandwich were just totally inedible. The Steak on the mixed grill was cooked perfect but unfortunately let down by other meats being seriously over cooked. Will unfortunately not be visiting again.
Meal was nice. Service left something to be desired. There was no check back to ensure we had everything. I felt that we were imposing on their time. Not even a goodnight when we left. Very disappointed, as someone had recommended this place.
