Regarding the company is best and good mainly coming to the Managers and Directors they showing lot of politics, if you want to serve in this company for long time you need to qualities, first thing is you need to know how to do politics ,second is you need to born as a girl then only you can serve in this company ,in my whole career i never every seen this type of politics.

I would rate them NO stars. Earlier it was good but now all politics and favouritism going on. There is no growth in this company until you are someone's (Directors or managers) favourite. Others should just work for the sake of money or should look out for other opportunity. It is a revolving door. Attrition is very high. People are resigning or forcing them to leave. IT department sucks. They provide all old obsolete and outdated laptop models. Can't even work more than a week properly. I would suggest you not to join this company.

Best place that I worked 2 years as Trainee Technical Associate under Hari Prasad alla & venkat naidu. Very good professionally management and they gave freedom to take initiative and suggest the improvements towards implementation of new things. Work life balance and flexible work timinings and good exposure to learn new things. I am always thankful to Evoke....
