Hours late with terrible communication efforts Rebecca was contracted with our claims office after our move. The first day she scheduled an appointment to inspect our Furniture, she was late and when we kept calling to see where she was, she said she was stuck in traffic. That's fine I understand traffic in Hawaii, but when she calls 4 hours after her scheduled time to say she doesn't even have access to where we live, we were pretty upset. We had to reschedule because we had places to be. The second time she was supposed to come out to our house she was 40 minutes late to meet at the pass office where my spouse was waiting the entire time. Then she came and inspected everything that needed to be looked at. The day that she and her new employee came out to conduct the repairs, they called an hour after the scheduled meet up time to inform us they were at the pass office. So my spouse went out to meet them and escort them back to our house. During the drive over, they just disappeared and my spouse had no idea where they went or if they were lost. They show up to the house 30 minutes later informing him they stopped for lunch. I understand you're hungry but you're on the customers time, the decent thing to do would be to inform them that you are taking a detour. Anywho, they start repairs only to find out they needed to leave to get the wood needed to repair the furniture. Which doesn't make sense because Rebecca knew what supplies she needed before the repair date. She listed what she would need during the initial inspection. 6 hours later they screwed 3 pieces of wood to our couch frame and closed it back up. We had a busy day planned and the lackluster effort to be on time or to have decent communication on all 3 encounters impacted our busy schedules. Dont get me wrong she's a friendly lady for sure and the craftmanship was great but we are big about professionalism and timeliness and she failed to meet even the lowest expectations of professionalism.
