FYI if you buy a flex unit you will be required to pay residential AND commercial sewer fees regardless if you run a business or not. To give you an idea. We pay 53 for residential and now we ALSO pay another 77 on top of this for commercial fees even tho we are not commercial. None of this was disclosed.
