Initially, we just went in to compare prices and services, not expecting to switch providers. Because Britney provided such great customer service as well as an awesome personality, we were convinced that we wanted to make Verizon our wireless phone provider. She made us feel welcomed, valued and important and never pushed or forced any sales tactics. She answered all of questions and was very patient with us. We felt comfortable and confident when we made our decision to switch. I look forward to doing business with Britney and Verizon for years to come.
