Small office, big heart. You are not a number or when you enter this office. As I had hoped, Dr. Bergin did not rush. She took her time to do the exam right and address all of my questions. I will be a patient for life. She is one of the best eye doctors in this area.

I recommend going to Excel. The location is clean and bright. Sarah is welcoming, thorough, and efficient. Dr Bergin explains everything clearly and took a true approach to total eye health—not just examining my vision. Frame selection: what they lack in quantity, they make up for in quality. I’m picky and found plenty of nice styles and colors. Sarah is very helpful in narrowing down selections.

My family had a great experience at Excel Eyecare. Heidi and Dr. B were great with wiggly twin 5 year old boys. Dr. B was quick and very informative. Dr. Bergin and Heidi made our work experience so wonderful! I’ve never enjoyed going to the eye doctor as much as I did yesterday! The office is clean and bright and beautiful they are so kind and accommodating! Practicing COVID-19 precautions and I felt very safe! Will be back next year!!

I highly recommend this office. Ms. Robin at the front desk was great at getting me an appointment in a timely manner as a new patient. She was also really helpful in explaining what my vision insurance benefits were before I even came in, so that I knew what charges I would be responsible for. This was really helpful. The optometrist was also really great. I've been to a lot of different optometrists and this was the best experience I've ever had. She was very thorough with her eye exam and used up to date diagnostic tools to conduct the eye exam. She explained everything thoroughly and was really patient with answering questions. She also has some really unique prior optometry experience and can go in depth into certain diagnoses but still explain them in an easy to understand manner. This office has a great selection of glasses and frames that range from affordable to designer brands. Ms. Robin will also help you take full advantage of your vision benefits.

I highly recommend Excel Eyecare. Ms. Robin provides first-class customer service and advice on frames and lenses. Dr. Bergin provided an extensive eye exam and explained every step along the way. They booth took their time and there was no rush. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I will go back and have already made referrals.
