I called up to find out when the earliest I could get work done on converting a empty trailer into a catering trailer and to get an idea of costings. The lady I spoke with was unable to answer my questions and told me to email her. She responded a week later to ask me some additional questions, in which I responded immediately and made it clear that this is urgent as I have secured a pitch already. She replied stating she would contact me next week. Almost 4 weeks later I have not had a response and have therefore gone elsewhere
