Pathetic service!!! We asked them to change seat cover and demand for Chrome mirror. Four day before deal was done. Today we go there after calling twice. Still scooty was not ready for delivery and we has been waited there for 2 hours uncessarily. Staff is not dedicated. They not co-ordinate with eachother. Communication gap is there. If they can't give good service at the time of delivery, then we can't expect post delivery co-operation from them. Service is not excellent although name is Excellence Motor! Not recommend!!
