If it was possible to give this hospital a negative rating I would! This place is a joke! I was in there yesterday with stomach problems and they treated me as if I was garbage! I even ended checking myself out and leaving early! I will NEVER GO BACK HERE! If you can make it to a different hospital PLEASE GO DO NOT COME TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM ITS A JOKE!

My issue was with billing department I went to a satellite clinic in july 2019 I received a bill for this vist 14 MONTHS later asked for explanation as to why was told sometimes it happens. Went to same office in July of this year received the bill about passed out from the amount. I had blood work done. I paid my copay and was expecting a bill just not as high as it was I called was told oh I see you have blue cross blue shield insurance we forgot to apply it..disregard that bill. My issue what if I had not questioned it?

Staff were horrible. Never will a loved one of mine go to this place. The surgery staff were nice but as we were waiting to go into surgery they were having a loud political conversation that was very uncomfortable for the patient and other staff. Some of the things they were saying were cruel. Glad political and religious beliefs were not on the patient's file. Overnight stay for the patient was terrible. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

Great experience. Staff were amazing. Doctor actually took the time to talk to me and explain what was going on. They made you feel like you were amongst friends. I would recommend this hospital to my family & friends.
