Received my first rental check within about 3-4 months are the reservations were confirmed and families stayed. Happy I found a program that paid me for unused points since I cannot travel each year. This helps me with my maintenance bill.

Gave them about 2000 so that they could use my points to sell them and off set some maintenance fees. They told me it usually takes 3-6 months. called about 6 months later. And 9 months later. 2 years later still haven't received anything. I feel I have been proactive and called them and have really tried being patience. Do not use this company !
Love the green light system with club elite. Very straight forward. No need to ever pay listing or advertising agencies again. My points were used and I was paid. Would highly recommend this service.
I would have given 5 stars but it did take a little longer than originally told to be paid and I found their website a little confusing. Certainly better than any other rental service I've used in the timeshare industry. At the end of the day, other than it taking a little bit longer it does work as described.
I don't know why there are complaints with this business. I have no reason to write a complaint with the program. I have been a member since December 2017. A couple times I may have not received a call right back, but within 48 hours I would get some type of correspondence. The services have so far met my expectations.
On 16 June 2017 we contracted with Exchange Points Club for 10,000 RCI points to be deposited at RCI in 2017. This never occurred. In late April we were contacted by Exchange Points Club's Mr. Warren that we needed to pay our 2018 news. I explained to Warren that they never deposited the contracted for 10,000 points with RCI and we would be happy to pay the 2018 dues as soon as our account was brought up to date. After numerous follow-up phone calls and emails sent to Warren and Exchange Points Club we never received a reply and each time we called we were assured that Mr. Warren would get it back to us as soon as he got off the phone which he never did. In May we sent a letter, via UPS, to Mr. Kyle Brown, manager, of Exchange Points Club explaining the situation to him and requesting that Exchange Points Cub live up to their contract obligations. To date we have not received a reply from Mr. Brown despite the fact we know that the UPS letter was delivered to them. I would strongly recommend that you do not conduct any business with Exchange Points Club until I can tell you that this matter has been resolved.
I entered a contract with EPC for my 210,000 Wyndam points last winter and was told I would receive payment as soon as they would made available. TIME PASSED In January I was told payment would be quarterly and I would receive payment in April TIME PASSED I am told today I am on a payment plan and will get a check of 210 out of 5600 and no one else is in the office to talk to me further. Names I have spoken to include AJ, Mitch, and Boss is David Harvey. After moths of getting the run around overtime I call, I am not sure these are real names! I paid 2000 to get the privilege of selling to the club and have received NOTHING in return from EPC! SCAM? Incompetence? business practice? NOT SURE one star only because you have to in order to post
By far the best service experience in the timeshare industry.
