Lianne templeton helped us with purchasing new dinning table, bedroom set, and a relaxing sectional couch. She was very helpful with what kind of style my wife and I were looking for. The store looked nicely setup and the kid area had a small game room as well as an indoor play area with slides in which helped us have the time to not decide on what we wanted quickly. I have and will continue to recommend this place to family and friends. Most places we went to had a long delivery wait time and we bought on Monday with a delivery time for Wednesday. They have all most all of their items in stock.

Demetrius was beyond helpful in furnishing my new apartment! He made sure I was going home with a bed as soon as delivery was available since some items were taking longer to ship due to COVID. I went to three different furniture stores before this one and by far the best experience.
The customer service we received from the manager Maximo and our Rep Ahsan was beyond OUTSTANDING!!! They went over and beyond what I even imagined. I was able to get furniture for almost every room in the house. They truly made our day and made us feel special! They were very thorough and took their time with every little detail. An amazing experience with here Doris at Exclusive furniture! We were greeted right away at the door entrance! Doris was very helpful with finding us good deals on furniture we liked. My boyfriend and I went in on two separate occasions and had Melissa C. both times. She was so polite, helpful and best of all down to earth. She was very hospitable, didn't bombard us with questions or advertisements and gave honest opinions. Melissa allowed us to take our time and answered every one of our questions. We ended up getting a sofa set and dining table and were VERY ⅞satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend her for your shopping experience here!
I was at the Webster location for the 1st time. I was very impressed by the beautiful store floor, and friendly customer service. We were so pleased with our sales representative Jose. Jose is very knowledgeable and professional! Our kids were very tired and cranky, Jose knew exactly what to do to keep our kids happy while we shopped around! This location has a game room. Complimentary snacks and drinks. He was not a pushy sales person and did not pressure us to buy anything, we really liked that during our visit. We bought a beautiful bunk bed for our kids. We were so happy with the quality of service and prices, that we came back the next day to buy another bedroom for our teenage daughter! Exclusive Furniture had our furniture in stock ready to be delivered, other furniture stores have you wait for weeks. If you need an honest and professional sales rep ask for Jose at the Webster location!
We baught our daughters bedroom set with a vanity for her, she's 4 only because that's what she wanted we shoulda just kept shopping around. We were passed around to 4 differente people, i guess they thaught we werent gonna buy anything. Then after deciding that we wanted this and they yold us a date when our furniture would arrive it kept getting pushed off, for 3 months! That's 3 months of waiting for furniture! And when it came only half the furniture came! Now on to the problem the vanity! Her chair broke! We didn't get a warrenty because we didn't think anything of it and 3 months after havinh this vanity the chair breaks! How is a 4 year old gonna break a chair that's supposed to be for and adult? Now they are saying the 1 year warranty from the store doesn't cover it because it was an accidental damage. No! The chair broke from the screws that the workers had put in! They were to tight so of course it was gonna break! I really hope they can do something about this! I'm not one to write bad reviews, but since day 1 we've had problems with this store! I shoulda listenes to my husband and baught somewhere else. For sure we won't be buying the rest of our furniture here! Also i put pics of the damage and the vanity so yall can tell me how a 4 year old broke that.
