We love our BMW's! We're on our 6th one! Now this service department has seriously damaged our trust in the brand. We can't say with any certainty that our service was ACTUALLY performed!? We've been lied to directly at least 6 time's today while our car was in their shop. How do you know if you can trust them? If you are going to spend the kind of money it takes to get your dream car and be lied to about the work that you entrust them to do... Should they be trusted?? Worst experience ever at a BMW dealership. Quite honestly our first bad experience at this particular shop as we've been here before. It is just not safe for us to take our car here again.
