We recently bought a car and worked with Xavier. I cannot say enough about how great the experience was. I was dreading having to go car shopping. Xavier was so easy to work with, he gave us all the info we wanted/needed he explained how the car worked and all the new electronic functions. There was no pressure no sales techniques just basic facts. I highly recommend working with Xavier if you are in the market for a Honda!

Worked with us on a lot of factors to get to a compromise on the price. Would have liked the vehicle a little cleaner. Process was quick and they offered warranties but didn’t force, sneak, or talk me to death about not selecting it. My wife is the one who shopped and looked for the vehicle and she did say Walied was polite and easy going. She was treated fairly and with respect vs the Honda in Branford that the manager was rude to. This ultimately led us to working with them here and shutting the door on Branford

This was the best experience I've had at any dealership in my life of buying cars. The purchase was so fast, seamless, and straight-forward. No pushy sales tactics by the salesperson or the finance manager. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our interactions with both Kristin Crook and Miranda. They really provided a stress-free, pleasant, and cheerful environment and I left very happy! I own a 2018 Honda Accord Touring for a little over a month now, and it is an AMAZING car!!! Sooo many great features. Get one!!!

This was my absolute worst experience with a service department in my entire life. I scheduled an appointment online indicating I was going to be bringing my own oil and oil filter. When I got there and was sitting in the waiting room the service advisor came up to me and told me they would not install my oil filter in a very disrespectful manner. I politely informed them, I would just go somewhere else because the particular oil filter I wanted installed was one of the best on the market. The manager then came out and continuously made it a mission to insult me in regards to the simple filter I wanted on my car. Then while I was walking out he followed me and tried to insult and put me on blast in front of his technicians. Then while I was in my car he came up and knocked on my window while I was looking up directions for a different service provider for my oil change and then again came at me very disrespectful and demeaning. I will never go to this dealer for any service or sales in the future based off of how unprofessional they were in a simple oil change service.
