Had a teen burger meal, was efficient fast and they didn't mess up the order. Bacon was crispy and warm went well with the lettuce. Burger was tasty but buns were a bit soggy

I really like A&W, don't know if it was unusually busy but we lined up for an age to order, then was told to wait in car park \for 2 and a half minutes\. After 5 or 10 minutes had to go in to find our food was sat waiting to be brought out??? They should really look at streamlining the process.
