I booked a service through head office. Specifically asked for earliest appointment. I was told the earliest appointment was at 9.15. I took that appointment and got there ten mins early. I explained I needed to be away ASAP and asked them not to valet the car to make the service quicker. I rang at 11.10. No answer and the main reception answered and said they’d ask someone to call me back. After 20 minutes no call. I rang again. Same thing. Another 20 minutes and no call. I then asked to speak to a manager. Car will be ready 12.30. There was 11 cars booked in but despite me being told I had the earliest appointment I’m now one of if not the last to collect. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with bsm. I’m sick of being fobbed off and messed about. All the reception had to do was ask someone and let me know. Instead they’ve got an irate customer due to poor communication. This isn’t new. I’ve left requests for callbacks which hasn’t happened resulting in me getting work elsewhere. My advice avoid this company until they sort their customer service out.

I had no idea what car I wanted the day I walked into Bristol St Motors, however after talking to Jack Aggett (one of the sales team) explaining my requirements Jack said, “I’ve got just the right motor for you”. I’d never heard of a Vauxhall Mokka X but after sitting inside it felt comfortable,so the next day I test drove the car and enjoyed the way it handled. There was no hard sell with Jack he genuinely wanted me to make my own decision and make the right choice. I said I liked the car and Jack was very helpful in creating a smooth,interesting transaction. So I’m now the proud owner of a Mokka X 1.4 turbo and I love it. Didn't have a duster available in showroom condition for me to view. Had to look in a returned motor with dirty interior/seats - in reponse to your reply. You produce 3 models of car. (Sandero, Logan and duster) Stocking 3 new vehicles in the showroom for potential buyers to look at should be a given really, being a car showroom. Hence 3 stars. Staff were good to deal with. No detriment to them.
