This man is a genius , worked massively short notice to get my Lenovo laptop sorted , was extremely responsive despite it being a weekend. Explained everything in detail, was very open about the cost of work. Couldn't be a more friendly man. Would absolutely recommend to anybody as I was quite shocked at how reasonably priced this was. Excellent customer service, called me back after initially missing my call, was patient and listened to the issue I had with my laptop before advising that it would not be repairable and that it should be sent back to the seller. Really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not attempt to get me in for a paid consultation when he knew it would be pointless.
