Was not able to give any advice about anything. Never heard of the flagship green homes grant scheme even. Don’t know why they are employed. Could not suggest any way we could find out about scammers.

No stars would have been awarded however it won't let you post if you don't give at least one. I guess it's like when the school tell the kids that \everyone is a winner\. Anyway, for a department that is supposed to protect the consumer, despite my sending almost a ream of A4 paper correspondence and begging for help with Everest Home Improvements (using the term looser than a hookers lady bits), they went silent on me. A 14 week build is still not complete 16 MONTHS on and I have water running behind the dry lining soaking the board and plaster. I have had a builder come to price up to do the repairs and complete the build as Everest clearly are not interested and he has said he won't take it on as it has to be completely dismantled for the SECOND time due to it being incorrectly built. Still though NOTHING from these clowns. Absolute waste of public money. Can only assume Everest were too big for the guy who was allegedly dealing with it and he didn't have the stones to do his job. Only come to these if you are charged too much for your breakfast cereal by the corner shop as I think that is all they can manage.
