Al has been very helpful in the two different times that I've had to get a rental vehicle through enterprise. He drove, or arranged to have me picked up, both times. He always made sure I had a nice vehicle to ride in, made the process easy, and he was patient and easy going. It's great to have a guy like him there for when you're already going through a stressful time with a missing vehicle. Thanks Al!
Last minute rental and they were very helpful in getting me what I needed. The drop off location was closed when I got there so Exeter’s location reimbursed me for my cab ride. I would definitely recommend Exeter location. Good customer service.
they gave me info that was completely wrong, said it's no problem to rent this car at x time. I get there and the insurance is an issue and because of that it would have been hundreds more to account for that which wasn't mentioned on the phone. poor customer service.
It's not good, you say you open 8:00 and do not come, you get delayed, very bad

Went to pick up a rental at 4:15 Thursday and the place was closed the are suspose to be open till 5 . I am not very impressed with their service.
