Well organised, appointment process, good hand wash and sanitiser gel. Temp check on entry for your appointment other than the therapist did not see anyone else there. Always a pleasure.

I am very happy with my sessions on a Thursday afternoon with Izzy who is very thorough, helpful, and patient. She always greets us with a smile,helps us individually within the group and is honest (!) enough to warn us about 'nasty' and difficult moves.. after which she always encourages us. Our equipment is good and easily available. The only 'snag' I can think of is that Izzy is so good it may increase the class size to the point of having to split us into two! The 5 stars are well deserved Thank you Izzy!

I have always found the welcome at the Estuary warm, and gentle whatever the purpose of my attendance there. The ambience for yoga classes is the same and, the Instructors: Lisa and Laurie are the best in my opinion. They care for us students,observing us all, and challenging us too, aware of our individual ability.

Lisa is such a great yoga teacher. She is calm and supportive whilst giving clear explanations. I thoroughly enjoy my yoga sessions on a Tuesday and the time flies by too quickly.
