I've been going to Steve for the last 23 years, sadly not as often now as I used to, but thats more to thinning hair than anything else! I searched Exeter for over a year before finally finding Steve down at Oakhampton Street. Initially I was gutted when I learned he was shutting the shop there, only to discover that it was because he was moving premises and would be just around the corner from where I live(d). Since that move he's built up a great business and trained a great team. The whole place is welcoming, spotlessly clean and regularly refreshed; no faded, worn lino and portraits of 70's hairstyles here! The recent installation of a beer fridge is innovative, even if it really is only alcohol free lol, Steve as usual giving consideration to his customers! One of the best kept secrets in Exeter - an excellent gents barbers, with old school values and modern, forward thinking vision. HIghly Recommended and worth all 5 stars.
