Steph is a fantastic sports therapist, being a Chiropractor I mainly work on the bones however when it comes to muscular tension and rehabilitation this is where I send all of my own patients. Steph has a really good understanding of the human body and knows how to tailor each of her care plans as well. I see Steph as a client as well for regular sports massage and rehabilitation as I know the importance of looking after my body.
