I provide online therapeutic coaching to individual teens (13 to 18 years of age), young adults and adults and help their parents and families feel supported. I also provide email support, online individual and group consultancy services to professionals and frontline staff. I deliver training and workshops promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing.
