Fantastic Service and care for a Kindseat veteran I have had a Kindseat since they were first designed and created. I have literally sat for thousands of hours on retreats around the world as well several hours daily at home in the UK. My straps had become very worn and although I was able to buy a replacement cushion, the straps started to fray and slip. This is after around 8 years of constant daily use. When I contacted the Devon Disability Collective, to ask if I could perhaps buy a new set of straps, their Operations Director, Steven Gallin sent me a new set without any charge. It will make a massive difference to my meditation and feels like I have my faithful old Kindseat back again, albeit with black straps instead of the original red ones! I have really appreciated the fact that as a long standing early adopter of this fantastic product I have been so well looked after. Thank you Steven and the Devon Disability Collective. Very well put together. Great for mediation on the move, came with a case and non slip cushion. I use mine up on the moors where I find true peace.

Item was great but communication and delivery very poor. Delivery took 2 weeks and arrived in old flattened box – despite costing 7 (request for refund of P&P ignored). Item was sent to billing address rather than shipping address so was left a mile away at a Post Office.
Bought as a gift for a friend, great product which is being enjoyed greatly, nice quick delivery with great service
Very poor communication. Order has not arrived after two weeks with no explanation.
