It enables you to track climate and performance over time. 2. Our original climate measurement survey, PCS Pro. PCS Pro captures a range of quantitative and qualitative feedback from the leader and team to build up a full picture of team climate. The PCS Pro report is interpreted and facilitated through our network of qualified PCS practitioners. 3. PCS Lite; an abridged version of the full PCS tool. It is designed to be used by any leader, coach or trainer and can be ordered direct or through our partners and Practitioner network. It provides a simplified but equally valid ‘temperature check’ of the climate in a team.
