I think our cats prefer staying with Margaret than they do with us! The place is immaculate, the cats are played with and cared for everyday, and we really notice the difference when we get them back - they're not feral like they can be after a week at the old catteries we used to use! It's not the cheapest cattery, but you definitely get what you pay for. All the rooms are steam cleaned and isolated so infection risk is minimal. wonderful place

I have never used a Cattery before and was reluctant to use one however as soon as I arrived at Premier Cats Hotel I knew my Kitten, Dora, was in safe hands. We were welcomed by Margaret who showed us to Dora's room. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and had lots of toys and an activity tree. Margaret also has little birds she moves outside of the cat's rooms for them to watch which was a great little touch. Margaret also sent me a little video of Dora whist we were away which reassured me. When I collected Dora a week later she was very settled and relaxed, she didn't want to leave! I highly recommend Premier Cats Hotel, Dora will definitely be staying again if we go away in the future. Thank you :)

Premier Cats Hotel is a brilliant,spacious,caring and luxury facility second to none. Sapphi my rescued part Ragdoll cat was Margaret's first resident when the cattery was opened and she was royally pampered. I have no worries whatsoever when I leave her in their care. My only concern is that it will become so popular that I won't be able to get her booked in the future !
