Not had to make a claim, so can't comment on that aspect. Cheapest by far for existing medical conditions Staff seem knowledgable and professional. Also friendly and polite. Offered full refund last year when flights were cancelled. Everything else was cancelled and refunded by individual providers, so happy to accept. Hopefully, I won't have to test their claims department. So far a very happy customer

Worst insurance company I have dealt with, bar none, in my many years of travel. Hiding behind terminology to get out of paying for a damaged personal item whilst on holiday - apparently as I didn't report I had dropped my watch on the floor of my apartment to the owner I can't claim. So, there was no damage to the rental property just my personal belongings, however I should have let the owner know (really), as I didn't my claim is rejected. AVOID this company at all costs!!! I am in process of referring to the financial services ombudsman.
