First class service. Easily the best estate agents in Exeter. Ryan was incredibly helpful and driven in getting our property sold. The whole experience was professional and had a touch of class: the brochure, the website, the advert and the video were all just miles ahead of any of the competitors. You get a personal and dedicated service unlike with the national chains. They took care of the whole sale and have excellent local connections that help with a range of house moving necessities. Kate was an absolute trooper: she was always on hand to chase the chain, was always responsive and efficient. You would be hard pressed to find such a level of dedication anywhere else. We are really grateful to all the team at Southgate for their help and would recommend them in the blink of an eye. I'm really not sure why anyone would use any other estate agent to sell their house!

We purchased a property through Southgate Estate Agents and they were fantastic. Ryan and Kate were helpful and supportive throughout, really going that extra mile. Kate had her eye on the whole chain and helped move things along, keeping us well informed. Not sure what we would have done without them - thank you! We highly recommend.

Rented a lovely flat from these guys for 6 months. Beth and Emma couldn't have been more helpful. They were very approachable and always replied back to my e mails and messages politley and swiftly. Highly recommend them .
