I organised with spectrum after months of waiting just to view the property! To move in a week after, only to find out on the day of the move van booked half full. That there was a Lil problem and they needed to get hold of someone to get some last bits of information. Still thinking I was moving in that day I carried on packing and head to the property. And after waiting 2hrs and calling up spectrum 4-5 times to find out what was going on apparently she cancelled the appointment and wasn't going to show up I was stranded outside the property with my 5monthold daughter, with no where to live with all my boxes as the van already left and could not use it again. Nothing apparently they could do I even got told to take stuff back in a few taxi's! My neighbours have currently taken in my stuff and staying at my partners mums. Then to find out the day after it happened they weren't expecting me to move In as they were only wanting me to sign the tenancy. Even though I was told a week before my tenancy starts that day and I should get my keys so I should be able to move in correct? Nope. Nothing they can do currently sofa surfing at partners mum while my 5monthold is in a travel cot! Very unprofessional not impressed at all.

Tired of the communal fire alarms going off every other day it's rediculas and fire brigade have no way of turning it off as sovereign have there own people to turn it off.... if they can!!!!!
