Fantastic service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Saw some faults with my gas supply which were unsafe and resolved them. Took out my old boiler and fitted new one in a day. Made sure everything was working correctly and full explanation of controls. Noticed a problem with one radiator the next day and he came back promptly and sorted it. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and an efficient tradesman. Fitted a new boiler and disposed of the old one, all in about 5 hours. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Andy came recommended by my sister and was very polite, knowledgable, quick and tidy. He clearly cares a lot about providing a good service and when disconnecting my gas fire he was very careful and had useful information for me too. Called Andy reference a problem with my boiler that I thought after reading the manual and what other engineers had told me, was almost definitely terminal. Despite having a less well known make of boiler Andy was straight on it with just a couple of questions to clarify which model I had. He explained the most likely cause and some user maintenence I could carry out which was not well described in the user manual. This has fixed the problem and he has told what to look out for and the most likely repair that it will need should these ailments arise. This guy clearly does know his stuff and isn’t like most others out to take you for a ride. Cheers Andy
