When I was there it was friendly, clean, and professional, only issue I had that warranted 4 stars was I had an appointment to get my cast off my nose, and I had a phone call canceling my appointment last minute, because they only had one nurse that was off sick and they didn't have a replacement, left me upset and annoyed because I wanted to see my results and my mum had to take the day off work to take me! (4 stars because I loved the staff at the clinic)

I LOVE the hospital group! They were utterly fantastic from the very first phonecall. Each time I visit in Exeter Mel on reception is amazing, friendly and kind. She is always there to help. From day 1 I got the advice & information I required to make my full decision and I knew I was in safe hands. I was always put at ease (especially on the day of my surgery) & I am so very happy. Mr Mayo was incredible! What a surgeon, he knew exactly what would suit me & helped me make the right decision. I'm sad he's gone back to Madrid though but I know I'll look forward to seeing him for my check ups. Thank you for everything you have done The Hospital Group & for changing my life for the better!!

I would highly recommend The Hospital Group. All members of staff at the Dolan Park hospital were very helpful, friendly and supportive. My room was spacious, clean and private. I enjoyed all my meals provided by the hospital. I am very happy with my surgery. Mr Seno is an amazing surgeon. I had my before and aftercare at the Exeter clinic, both the Mels and Mary were beyond wonderful. They make an excellent team. To all the staff at The Hospital Group, thank you.

I had mastopexy with implants 5* service I was very happy with my surgeon Mr Seno. He has done an amazing job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. The staff at Dolan park Hospital were absolutely amazing from the moment I walked through the door. And my patient co ordinater Melanie was so lovely
